Parallax Drone Services is owned by Steve Carney. He holds a GIS Professional (GISP) certification and a commercial drone pilot license (FAA Part 107). Professionally, he started out in Forestry and Natural Resource Management and then transitioned to a career in GIS before starting Parallax Drone Services in 2024. Steve is obsessed with how Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), remote sensing platforms, and Geographic Information Systems can transform workflows of all types.
